Navigating Access and Equity

You can price with power and build access into your model.

That might look like:

  • Sliding scale tiers with clear guidance
  • Offering one community spot per cycle
  • Creating low-cost or free resources alongside paid ones
  • Structuring discounts for return clients or collaborators

But do this with care. If your sliding scale is draining you, it’s not service—it’s leakage.

Sharing the Price

How you present your price matters. Be clear. Be confident. Be kind.

Avoid apology language (“I know it’s a lot…”). Avoid overjustification. State it cleanly. Trust the resonance.
